Dr. Alexandra Grob.

Dr. Alexandra Grob is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Modern Dermatology in South Tampa. Known for her warm, personalized approach, Dr. Grob blends medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology to help patients achieve healthy, confident skin.

Dr. Grob has lectured at national medical conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. She has advanced training in laser treatments, injectable cosmetics, and comprehensive dermatologic care, with a focus on natural-looking results and patient-centered treatment.

Her clinical interests include acne, acne scarring, hair loss, early skin cancer detection, and skin rejuvenation. A large part of her practice is advanced laser dermatology, including CO2 laser resurfacing, vascular and pigment lasers, and laser-based skin rejuvenation. She treats patients of all ages and believes in a whole-person approach to skin health.

Dr. Grob founded Modern Dermatology to create a practice where patients receive thoughtful, individualized care, free from the constraints of rushed, insurance-driven medicine.
