About Our Practice
What is direct-care dermatology?
Direct-care means we do not bill insurance companies. You pay for your visit directly, which eliminates referral requirements, prior authorizations, and rushed appointments. This model allows us to spend more time with each patient and provide comprehensive, unhurried care.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients receive partial or full reimbursement depending on their plan. Medicare is not accepted.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can request an appointment through our online booking or by calling (813) 336-7688. Our team will confirm your appointment within one business day.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. We offer telehealth consultations for appropriate conditions. This is ideal for follow-up visits, medication management, and initial assessments for certain conditions.

We are located at 905 W Platt St, Tampa, FL 33606, in the heart of South Tampa near Hyde Park and SoHo.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

How do I know which injectable is right for me?
During your consultation, our board-certified dermatologist will evaluate your facial anatomy, discuss your goals, and recommend the optimal combination of neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and/or fillers. Every treatment plan is customized.
What is The ModernLift?
The ModernLift is our signature minimally-invasive mini facelift performed in-office by Dr. Dane. It provides natural facial rejuvenation with dramatically reduced downtime compared to traditional facelift surgery.

How often should I get a skin cancer screening?
We recommend annual full-body screenings for all adults in Florida. Those with a history of skin cancer, many moles, or significant sun exposure history should be screened more frequently.

Do you treat children?
Yes. We provide comprehensive pediatric dermatology including eczema, acne, warts, molluscum, birthmarks, and rashes. Dr. Grob specializes in family-centered care for developing skin.
