Labs, Pathology & Prescriptions
Patients may use their insurance for any labs, pathology services, or prescription medications. We also offer discounted direct-pay rates for labs and pathology for patients who prefer not to use insurance or are uninsured.

Office Visit
Comprehensive skin exams, acne management, rashes, skin concerns, and follow-ups.
Telehealth Visit
Virtual consultation for select dermatology concerns such as acne, rashes, or prescription management.
Monthly Isotretinoin (Accutane) Follow-Up
Required monthly check-ins during isotretinoin therapy.
Minor Procedure Fee
Biopsies, cryotherapy, steroid injections, skin tag removal, milia extraction, and similar quick procedures. In addition to the office visit fee.
Punch Excision of Cosmetic Lesion
Removal of small (5mm or less) skin growths or lesions requiring sutures. Includes excision and wound closure.
Excision
Surgical removal of skin cancers, dysplastic nevi, cysts, lipomas, and large moles under local anesthesia.
ED&C (Electrodesiccation & Curettage)
Treatment for superficial skin cancers using scraping and cautery.
Cosmetic Consultation
Full consultation for Botox, fillers, microneedling, or skin rejuvenation. Fee applied toward treatment if performed same day.
House Calls
Personalized care in the comfort of your home. Available for select appointment types. Ideal for limited mobility, busy schedules, or added privacy.
Medicare Information.
Modern Dermatology has opted out of Medicare. We cannot bill Medicare, and federal law prohibits Medicare from reimbursing for services provided by a non-participating provider. If Medicare is your primary insurance, all charges are your responsibility.
